  GOODBYE, PA.           You are the second Jesus whom I owe my life with, a  guiding light and the reason I strive so hard in life. Although you couldn't fully witness our growth while on earth, I have faith that you are watching over us from heaven. Your influence is a significant part of who I am today—a determined, responsible daughter, devoted wife, and loving mother to my own children.           You may not have realized it, but your presence and the experiences we shared have profoundly shaped my life.   Petition for Reissuance of Title Petition for Reconstitution of Title is a remedy if the copy/file of RD (Registry of Deeds) of the title was lost or destroyed, and it is governed by Republic Act No. 26. Petition for Reissuance of Title is a remedy if it is the owner’s duplicate copy that is lost, and governed by Section 109 of the Property Registration Decree (Presidential Decree No. 1529). Let us talk about Reissuance of Title Processes: 1. Secure an Affidavit of Lost of Title. In the Affidavit, it should be explained how the title was lost. If you have no reference on the details of the title, secure a copy from RD. 2. Notice to the Registry of Deeds where the property is located on the lost title using the Affidavit of Loss mentioned in No. 1. 3. The RD will annotate the Affidavit of Loss to the RD’s copy of the title. 4. Secure from RD a Certified True Copy of the Title with the Annotation of the Affidavit of Loss. 5.
